Merry Christmas 2014!

Merry Christmas everyone! Had a great Christmas gathering last night with my homies at Hotel Jen Orchardgateway (I've been wondering about why is Orchard gateway spelled as a single word). No special theme, dress code, or any fancy stuffs. Just a simple, homely drinking and gift exchange Christmas among good old friends.

Look! A "personalized" homepage
of the TV upon switching it on.

I also had the chance to work on my selfie skill.
From the East!
From the West!

It was already over 9 pm by the time all of us gathered, kind of late for us to hit the pool... But it's all good cause some of us decided to go later (or earlier in this case) at 6am! Hahaha!

The 6:30am view from their infinity pool on the 19th floor.

The rest is... SOP. Except for the journey to buy Mcdonald's. Nuggets with curry sauce is definitely the best supper anyone can have after a light drinking session.

Few more days to 2015. Make the remaining of 2014 count my friends! And thank you, whoever you are, for bringing joy and fun to me this Merry Christmas! Hohoho!

Happy Birthday Sophie!

Mini birthday celebration. Happy birthday Sophie!
Birthdays are always the best opportunity to show appreciation to friendships :D

There say friendship is not about who you've known for the longest or understands you the best, it's about who will be there for you when you need someone. But I happen to have friends who stayed tight for the past 11 years, understand me more than 99% of people I know and will be there for me when I need someone. How blessed (:

Lastly, I'd like to thanks Mr. Goh, the boss of the night, for his generosity :D

Happy New Year!

Hohoho! Merry Belated Christmas & a Happy New Year! Had a homely Christmas celebration at Sophie's house. Tons of good food, almost stuffed me to death! I'm no picture all talk though :D

We had:
  • Soba from Lynette
  • Jelly from me
  • Honey Glazed Chicken Wings from Sophie
  • Fried Rice from Ser Chin
  • McDonald's Nuggets from Xing Lun
  • Popeye's Fried Chicken, Salad & Mashed Potato from KC & HP
  • Soft Drinks from Kenneth
  • Cordon Bleu from Alvin
I guess that's about it, haha! Well... Not superb delicacies, but it's the people & not the food that count right!? Wahahaha!

Merry Christmas!

Today is the 26th of December, also known as Boxing Day! In other words, Christmas was yesterday! Hahaha! Ok, this is pretty lame. Anyway, our Christmas Party was quite fun, with all the alcohol and stuffs. The only regretful thing was probably how we knocked out so early, hahaha!

I don't have any pictures of the party, but these are the presents I got for Christmas 2010!

Got this from Zhao via gift exchange! A photo album!

Priceless hand-made denim coin pouch from my beloved Lynette! :D

Nice right?! I love it!

& lastly, may the coming new year be filled with love and everybody's Christmas wishes come true :)

Happy National Day!

Happy 45th Birthday Singapore!
I'm so proud to be here!

Watched Avatar: The Last Airbender. Decent computer graphic. Storyline wise... Let's just hope for improvements in the sequel. Hahaha! Seems like an interesting story anyway, might consider watching the animated series.

Caught SALT too. All I can say is that the twist is... Too much of a twist. Ahahaha! Not bad la, its Angelina Jolie after-all... I would lose an arm for her!

Thats all for now. Ciao.

Happy Birthday to me!

BBQ
Thanks y'all for coming! A BBQ wouldn't be one without all you great people! & all the gifts, they are amazing, love them big time. I don't know if the food is good, but the boozes definitely are! Ahahahaha!

Thanks for the stuffs guys! Is there a hidden meaning behind all the blue though? Haha!

Ser Chin showed us his impressive drinking ability and the "un-sober" entertainer award of the night goes to You Lun! Thanks for taking a random "shower", made me laughed my ass off, ahaha! But the biggest appreciation goes to Kam Chuen! For being a great BBQ chef as always, sending us back and... Getting mixers for liquor! Thanks bro!
Well, I think all of us are alcoholics deep inside cause everyone said the red vodka jello tasted the best when I clearly remember it carried the highest vodka content!

Had headache for the whole today, just got better. But hey, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger! So it doesn't matter if you have a serious/minor hangover, as long as you don't die, cause we have to live to drink another day!

I shall support Argentina in World Cup 2010. Want to know why?
...
...
...

Damn right! This is why! Wahahahaha! Just kidding, y'all know I ain't pervy like this :D

Its Happy Birthday to me! & I realised my birthday, 14th June 2010, marks 1 year, 1 month, 1 week and 1 day to ORD! Hahahaha! It'd been a real great weekend so far, but who knows whats awaiting me tomorrow...? And for now, I'm really wondering what shall I do tomorrow...

Oh, and A-Team rocks! Do catch it, love their Ranger & Special Forces tabs :D hahaha!

Birthdays! Birthdays! &more to come!

Happy belated Birthdays to Xing Lun & Zhao Yi!

Celebrated Xing Lun's on Friday night at Sushi Tei. The tiger prawn + Unagi sushi thing totally blown my taste bud off, it was so effing good! & while entering my pin number, I can't believe I had a mental block. I literally stoned there for like 5 seconds after keying 2 of the pins. Luckily I managed to remember haha! After that we took a stroll to The Cathay, grabbing some beers on the way. The rest of the night was spent outside Cathay, drinking & chilling.

The next day was Zhao's belated celebration at Hog's Breath Cafe, Chijmes. Pretty nice place with decent live band and huge projected screen. The steak I had was good as well. Then we headed to a pub at Devonshire Road for a drink before heading home. Thanks Zhao for the treats! :D hahaha!

I had been kinda sick since Monday. Coughs, blocked nose, shortness of breathe... Maybe I should report sick tomorrow :D hahaha!

The beginning of something more

Happy Birthday to Jolene and KC!
May y'all have a fruitful 2010!

& this weekend(Friday, Saturday) was actually well spent! All thanks for Jolene's chalet(The bungalow at Pasir Ris Road)! I'm pretty drained out though... But it was fun, all the gambling, etc...

Driving lesson at 8am tomorrow. And I'm reserve 1, hope I don't activated! Ok, I'm out, so tired that I can't even think...

The Chinese New Year breakdown.

Had reunion dinner at my grand-parents(paternal) place on New Year's Eve. Went to Chinatown with some of my poly friends after that. The place was mad crowded! But guess its ok cause it'd been awhile since we met up so I thought might as well... And I was really surprised to see so many chicks there! Haha!

New Year's Day 1 morning was SOP. Went to grand-parents(paternal) place again to celebrate my grandfather's birthday before heading to the maternal side around late afternoon for dinner & some gambling action. I love blackjack, simple yet exciting! Caught Percy Jackson & The Lighting Thief at Cathay with the regulars at midnight, I enjoyed the movie, not so sure bout others.

Visited some relative on the 2nd day, didn't play much as I was saving all the "love" for the night at YL's place :D hahaha! Was fun seeing old friends & meeting new ones. Won some money this year, hope that means the start of something good. But there is a Chinese saying, "赌场得意, 情场矢意", meaning when one wins in gambling, he'll probably lose in love. Haha, let's hope its not true man! I rather have it the other way round :D

And I slept at 3:30 for the past 3 days, so today shall be the 'recuperation day'! May everyone huat this year! Peace!

2010! Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all! What a great morning to kick off 2010! First thing first, I would sincerely like to seek forgiveness from whomever I've offended, whether on purpose or not, back in 2009, please forgive me! And of course for all the bad things I did, which I don't think there was any.

At this time of every year, millions of people will set new year resolution(s), and that does not exclude me. So here goes my new year resolutions:
1) Get my driving license before 21.
(I sneezed and somehow tasted Corona, hahaha.)
2) I wanted to grow taller, but thats impossible so I'll just go with be hot! Hahaha!
3) To understand Korean better.
4) Continue staying close with my friends.
5) Appreciate all the things I have and not be blinded by things I don't.

Ok la, thats about it, can't believe I'm having a hard time coming up with resolutions. In the past I'll always have some, "find a girlfriend" kind of crap, so this year, I shall keep it real and excuse such bullshit, hahaha!
Anyway, I just woke up not long ago. Haven't had such good sleep for a long time. Alcohol does make wonders :D
Had a little celebration at Min Yi's place last night. Thank Min Yi for having us over. Yes, this is the first thing I'll appreciate in 2010 :D played some silly games but they turned out pretty fun! Haha, maybe like I said, alcohol make wonders.

If 2012 is the end of the world, then let's make 2010 counts!

Christmas 2009

Hohoho, Merry Christmas! Compared to last year, this year's Christmas Eve was a peaceful and simple one. Hmm, I can still remember how we celebrated at Yishun Park last year, it was quite a blast! And probably the last time I got so wasted hahaha!

Last night was spent at Phil's house. A real last minute thing, so its just the few of us getting together, had pizza, played some Xbox, simply chill out. May get some pictures if lucky.

I want to watch Avatar 3D!!! But the cinemas are so fucking packed! Sigh... Guess we'll just have to see what can we do on the last Christmas of the decade :D

Happy & Birthday may not always come together

Do people give themselves birthday gifts? Cause I'm thinking of getting myself a watch. But I'm having doubts. I feel that such an item will hold more sentimental value if received as a gift.

Hmm... But who gives a shit about being sentimental these days? I mean people aren't even as grateful as how they used to be. They tend to forget about things a little too often. Sometimes I really wonder when people said "thanks", they really meant it or just to portrait themselves as a courteous and civilized figure.

I used to see myself as a sentimental person. But I got confused after all that have happened. I can't tell the difference between "trying-to-be-sentimental" or being genuine. I mean I really cherish all my photographs, gifts, cards, favorite childhood toys, etc. I keep them in this old wooden drawer. These things may not have survival values, but to me, they are things that give value to survival.

Well, I'll think about it... Maybe I should get myself laid for a birthday gift. I'm sure I can find a hot and pretty whore within my budget for a watch :D

Anyway, thanks for the dumbbells my friends, haven't collected them but I'm sure they'll be put to good use. & lastly, I ought to wish myself.
Happy Birthday Kenny Toh. I love you, be happy, keep it real.

Way I Too Feel This

Happy Birthday Qing Hui!

Just a simple steamboat at Bugis.

Me too. I often find myself looking for reasons to my feeling, asking myself why am I holding on to something that don't seems to care so tightly. That cheerfulness somehow offered me the ability to love even from afar, so unconditionally.
No... The truth is that there is a tiny bit of my heart hoping for something in return. This love is funny, it drains me of sadness and at the very same time fills me with sorrow.
"I've got a heart full of love, yet I don't feel any. So why, in the world do I still care?" -

I know an angel

How can I ever miss this...

Happy Birthday Wan Jun!

I was worried in the morning due to the rain, but it kinda stopped by the time we reached East Coast Park. Thanks for the grace. I always knew the nature is good. But cycling was pretty tough, I got a freaking sore butt the next day. It felt like blue-black, major blue-black!

Cycling is fun, only with a comfortable seat.

A successful & meaningful day!

I need to go Redang! Laguna Redang Resort is having this real attractive promotional package, but its ending on the 31st of this month! They better have something nice for April, else... I won't know where to go! Ahahaha!

Thursday, March 05, 2009

L is for the way you looked at me. I wished.

I shall blog tonight since I'm feeling a little over the moon :D and if you're wondering why, well, its partially because I officially went out today! It was Zhao Yi's birthday!

Happy 20th Birthday Zhao Yi!

For the other reason(s)... We'll talk about it next time. Ahahaha! And to anyone out there who cares, if there is any, my feet is recovering well, walking shouldn't be problem in a week or 2's time (hopefully).

I haven't been on the best of luck lately. First, I hurt my feet 1 day before holidays, screwing up all my plans.
The second shit happened last night, when I reached home at around 3:30am, all the lifts kinda jammed and I had to call my homies back to help me go all the way to the 11th floor and get the lifts down. What a thing to happen when my feet is hurt, haha.
Number 3 happened a while ago. Just when I needed to withdraw some cash, all 3 ATMS at the same place went out of service. Maybe I need a lady luck in my life, hahaha!

And talking about love... ... Actually there is nothing to talk about. Ahahaha!

You know, when we always stone around random places, wondering where to go, what to do next, those are the little moments I enjoy. Everybody just crowd around and crap, rather than in restaurants with long ass tables, where communication is close to impossible at both ends.

Tonight is beautiful. But I don't want it to last forever, until you're here with me.

Bi-birthday!

Hi, I just brushed my teeth cause there were remains of duck meat I had for dinner between my teeth. Ok, that was random, hahaha! Anyway, check this picture out!
I killed it with Gatsby Ice-Type Deodorant and asthma inhaler! Ahaha! Not to be mean, but it pissed me off during my crucial study moment.

Well, had a long day yesterday, Quality & Reliability paper in the morning, LAN through the noon, and celebrated Jolene, Kam Chuen's birthday at Fish & Co, The Glass House in the evening.

Happy Birthday to Jolene and Kam Chuen!
(Pictures MAY be upload.)

Some headed home for whatever reasons and the rest, including myself, took a midnight stroll around Dhoby Ghaut & more LAN actions before heading home before dawn. I found myself at Dhoby Ghaut at least 4 out of 7 days recently. The cheap LAN gaming rates over at Parklane Shopping Mall is just too attractive! Ahaha!

Today was well wasted! I needed this boring Saturday to slow down my life. The exams I had last week was driving me crazy. Just 1 last paper to go on Monday and everything will find their way back.
And I realised I'm alittle over budget this month. Looks like I'll have to lay low till March!

New Year visitings

Lie to me, to hide the hurtful truth.
Lie to me, to hurt the truthful me.

I swear I've never gambled this much in my life. Blackjack all the way, starting from Min Yi's to Kenneth's then mine and Alvin's. Hahaha, well, much was lost and gained. So I guess its pointless to talk about the outcome. But we had fun. The little peeks we stole, hoping for that pair of cards to victory, the excitement was off the roof! And it was the first time in 10 years I had this many guests at home! No joke.

Looking at the countdown timer on the right, semester exam is just around the corner. But I'm more worried about other shits now. Report for BMD project dues on Tuesday and my members seem to be idling more than ever. MIT lab tests on Wednesday & I know nuts about it... But its ok cause I know there can be miracles when I believe. Thanks Mariah and Whitney. Ahahahaha!

This same dream have been coming on for nights. Maybe its because of the recent happenings that I've witnessed and heard. All I can say is that its heart wrenching. Sigh... That explains the regular heartaches these few nights... I hope its just some illness that medicine can cure. But deep inside I know its not. We know.

New Year's Eve!

Its finally 2009. My mind isn't working well now, probably due to fatigue, so I'm gonna keep things as short as possible. Just caught "7 Pounds" a moment ago, was an awesome movie, the perfect film to start the year with.

New Year eve was spent at Sophie's place! Thanks for everything! So... These are the things we did!
Played Guitar Heroes from Phil.

Wii from Sophie. And I was quite surprised by how tiring the boxing game can get!

Twister from Ser Chin. This game is the most exhausting shit ever! Guess I shall not post the other pictures :D

And we rotted/chilled/slacked! Ahaha!

Drank.

Drunk.

And that's all for the long day! Thanks Sophie and everyone who made it happen! Peace.

The night is real silent now; both in reality and virtually. People say it takes 2 hands to clap... How true. & I'm really tired of all these attempts, no, should I even call them attempts? Or mere wishful thoughts that you and I know can never happen right from the start? I don't know. I'd like to hold on, but you're closing down on me with every step I take.
Maybe I just don't have what it takes.

Christmas 2008 rocks!

Merry Christmas to All.

Christmas Party at Yishun Park was a success, thanks to the bottle of Martel and wines. And of course the lovely chics and brotherly dudes.

It's a big regret to have left early. Guess I had alittle too much & I wasn't very pleased with the scene of you and...

Lastly, I just had to say it again, it was an awesome night spent with fantastic people. & a special thanks to LiYa for being chill and hanged out with the 3 of us. You rerouted my urine back to where ever its suppose to come from when you cycled into the gents. & walking us to main road for cab was nice, maybe you were just bored but I'll still say you rocked.

:D

Oh yah, and thanks everyone for the food and whoever that did the cleaning up.

A Birthday & Batam

Happy Birthday to Min Yi!

A tiny weeny celebration carried out at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe, Yishun. Peeps started coming in from 11p.m. and I had my sesame paste with chinese tea.

Haha, funny to see Min Yi's leg between Ser Chin's and fitting into the hoodie

Caught Ip Man. Great humor, fantastic actions/fights, whatever you call it and a good storyline, definitely a contestant for best movie of the year.

And I missed Yes Man with the babes due to Batam! Argh... How infuriating. But its cool, its cool, This Batam trip was as awesome as ever; over-chilling villas with never-ending sound of crushing waves; river of stars at night and superb services. The pricing however, is a factor for better thoughts bout re-visiting. Anyways, here are the happenings!

The carpet in the villa, cool huh? I love animal prints! Not a fan of animal products though.

The view from our balcony.

Chilling in the villa!

Nice right, tuck in, tight butt.

Elastic man, ahaha!

2008 Vintage Collections: At the restaurant.

HP looked seh and kC with his sexy suckable lips.

kT, kC and the sea!

Er...

And lastly, The dark knights.

So what we basically did was swim, watch "Little Nyonya" <<小娘惹>>, play table tennis, rot, eat, shop(more like window shop) and touch each other. Ahahaha!
