We only live once

Down with Marketing Communication, 3 more to go! AMCA is seriously a pain in the ass...

Anyway, I read the article about Dr Richard Teo. Got to admit, I didn't know about his existence until last night when I read the article and it has probably gone viral by now; over Facebook and the net.
Do read up the article or passage, whatever you want to call it, if you see it on your wall, can even do a Google search, totally worth the time.

Towards the end of the article, he quoted this, from the book, "Tuesday with Morries",

"Everyone knows that they are going to die; every one of us knows that. The truth is, none of us believe it because if we did, we will do things differently. When I faced death, when I had to, I stripped myself off all stuff totally and I focused only on what is essential. The irony is that a lot of times, only when we learn how to die then we learn how to live."

The hard truth.
RIP Dr Richard Teo.

Body sculpting is an obsession!

Never walk pass the mirror after working out cause you just might end up posing and taking photos for 15 minutes. Well... At least that's what just happened to me...

After 30 minutes intensive abs and obliques workout with  about-to-cramp maximum flex. Hahaha!

Alright back to AMCA!

Examination is on!

Hello! Once again its the end of semester examination's study break! Seems like there are too much to study. Can't afford to repeat any modules though, else its going to mean real trouble. The modules I'm taking are Advance Marketing Concept & Applications, Market Research, Service Quality and Integrated Marketing Communication. Real pain the ass.

Life's been good; a cute girlfriend, handful of buddies, couple of friends that surface once in a while, financially "stable" - meaning at least 3 full meals a day, don't have to wear torn clothes, can even afford supplements! What more to ask for?
Its not that I'm too easily contented and complacent with life but because I've got it figured out. No point admiring or getting envious with what others have, we have our own paths to walk, just got to focus on our own; don't compare but take reference and be motivated, keep walking and build our own paths.

The main purpose of this update is actually to share the results of my workout so far. Not yet impressive, but I know I'll be there someday, just got to keep training.

Alright, back to the books, peace out!
